*1 Attach two objective lenses to CU-101 and fix them to OBS-120G with the 40x objective (top) close to the camera lens.
*2 Fix the side of C30-CU-LCH-20 to SP-25T with one M4 screw, then fix SP-25T to the base side of TSD-251SR with four M2 screws. To fasten the screws to the base side of the TSD-251SR, dia. 2.4mm holes should be exposed by moving the stage.
*3 Pile up two SP-135s on the stage plane of TSD-251SR and fix them with four M2 screws. Then, fix OBS-50G to SP-135 with one M6 screw. At this time, the orientation of CU parts fixing part of OBS-50G should be on SP-135 side.
*4 Raise the height of CU-032 by screwing CU-110, and then insert CU-110 part into OBS-50G above(*3).
